Our philosophy of ministry at Wellington Pentecostal Church is one founded in the life of Jesus. We believe everyone who is seeking truth, relationship, and renewal will find it in Jesus. Jesus was led to the people in need, those who were lonely, and those who needed rest. We strive to make every service and event one where anyone would feel welcome.
We believe in being a spiritual hospital– a place where people can come and be blessed by a family who knows we are all sinners in need of a Saviour.
In Mark 2:17, Jesus said, “Healthy people don’t need a doctor—sick people do. I have come to call not those who think they are righteous, but those who know they are sinners.”
We make ourselves available to our Heavenly Father to do what He asks of us, when He asks us. We know there is a time and a place to serve and to be served. W.P.C. is a place where anyone can come and find peace, grace, and mercy. We are all in it together.
Pastor John-Marc Stevenson has been with us for 9 years,
along with his wife Jen and their daughter Savannah.
He can often be found out in the community each day through
his other job, serving the local area.
